Please note that more detail of our services is available on our Moray Claims website.
From our twin bases in Elgin and Forres, we specialise in helping people in Moray and across the North of Scotland, who have suffered from personal injury as a result of accidents at work, on the road and in public places. Most of our clients live in the following Sheriff Court districts: Elgin; Banff; Inverness; Dingwall; Tain; Dornoch; Wick; Kirkwall; Lerwick; Stornoway; Lochmaddy; Portree; and Fort William. From November 2012, we have launched our Moray Claims website.
We take the time to understand your needs and requirements following an accident and will explain clearly all steps required to be taken by us in recovering compensation for you. Having suffered injury, you want to be handled professionally, competently and efficiently by solicitors who communicate in straightforward and friendly terms and who specialise in the field of personal injury law.
We have considerable experience in dealing with all types of accidents and injuries. Peter Brash is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Personal Injury Law. Peter, Marie Morrison and Elaine Matthews are members of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). Peter is accredited by APIL as a Senior Litigator.
We can help you by:
- Identifying the possible methods of funding a claim, including legal aid and 'no win - no fee'
- Advising on the likelihood of success, and the potential amount of compensation
- Negotiating with insurance companies and raising court proceedings if necessary, which can either be in the Sheriff Court or the Court of Session in Edinburgh.
