Peter Brash
Peter grew up in Edinburgh, where he went to University and also did his legal training. He joined Grigor & Young in 1992 and has been a partner since 1999. He specialises in Personal Injury work, being a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) and also accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Personal Injury Law. He also deals with family and housing law.

Sandy Comfort
Sandy was born and brought up in Aberdeenshire before attending Edinburgh University. He returned to the north-east in 1976 and joined Grigor & Young in 1978,becoming a partner in 1980. He works mainly in private client work, residential and some commercial conveyancing and also does some employment law for both employers and employees. He is a member of The Law Society of Scotland Employment Law Group.

Maureen Campbell
Maureen joined Grigor & Young in 2009 as a Tax and Executry assistant. She has a SHND in Information and Office Management and is currently studying for a Certificate of Performance in paralegal Wills, Trusts and Executries from the Strathclyde Business School.

Ann Cruickshank
A graduate of Aberdeen University and with her roots firmly in the North East of Scotland and Moray, Ann joined Grigor & Young as an apprentice in 1978. She became a partner in 1984. She specialises in family law and residential and commercial conveyancing and works out of the firms Forres Office.

Douglas joined the firm in 2003. Elgin born and Forres bred he returned to the area having previously worked with Stirling Council. He graduated from Robert Gordon University in 2000 with a BA (Hons) in Law & Management and a Diploma in Conveyancing and Executry Services but he focuses primarily on residential conveyancing

Katie Kennedy
Katie previously worked in Local Government administration prior to completing an LLB and DipLP at Aberdeen University. She has been with Grigor & Young since she moved to the Moray area in 2000, apart from a short time as a partner in another firm. She was made an Associate in 2003 and has been a member of the Family Law Association for a number of years. She deals primarily with general Civil Court work with particular interest in Family Law.

Marie Morrison -although brought up locally , has spent much of her professional life practicing law in Glasgow. Joined Grigor and Young 2004. Specialises in Personal Injury with an interest in back pain , brain injury and high value claims cases. Reported cases in Matrimonial and Personal Injury law.
Marie graduated with degrees in both Accountancy and Law.

Chris joined Grigor & Young in May 2008 following a traineeship with Masson Cairns LLP of Grantown on Spey. He completed his LLB (Hons) and Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Aberdeen in 2006. His main areas of interest are residential conveyancing and private client work.

Donna Skelly has worked in the North of Scotland and Islands for over 10 years and is experienced in all aspects of Rural Land Law, including Crofting, Sporting and Agricultural matters. She joined Grigor & Young in 2005 and is now an Associate. Donna acts for a number of major distillery companies and is an active Committee Member for the Scottish Rural Property and Business Association (Highlands and Islands Region).

Jeannie grew up and went to school in the Elgin area. She worked in education and business before joining the firm in 1995.
