Depute Director of Legal Services, Clerk to the Licensing
Board, Clerk to the District Court and Clerk to the Peace. Special Interests: Environmental Law; active
Director in Moray Property Searchers Limited; Council Member
of the Law Society of Scotland from 1994 to 2003; Member
of the Law Society of Scotland Environmental Law Committee. Outside the Law: Travelling abroad, cricket,
gardening and wine.
